Craft & Zen is the home of my creative and soulful work.

My name is Akiko, and through Craft & Zen I share handmade creations, creative spaces, and energy-based work — all guided by the same intention: to bring us back to our natural state of presence, authenticity, and joy.

I work as a creative maker, artist, and designer, creating handmade gifts and wearable pieces inspired by Japanese beauty, warmth, and simplicity. At the same time, I offer energy-based sessions and reflective gatherings that support people in reconnecting with their inner clarity, sense of worth, and natural rhythm.

For me, creativity and energy are not separate. Making with the hands, working with presence, and listening deeply all arise from the same place. I envision a world rooted in trust rather than fear, where we remember our natural creativity and live in harmony with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

Life is a beautiful gift, and this space is where I express that truth in all its forms.
